Labor Ministry Opens Registration for Fourth National Vocational Training Program

STUPA ■ JAKARTA — Indonesia's Ministry of Manpower has opened registration for the fourth batch of its National Vocational Training (PVN) program through the Skillhub platform, with applications accepted from July 29 to Aug. 12, as part of efforts to strengthen workforce skills in line with industry demand.
Darmawansyah, Director General of Vocational Training and Productivity Development at the ministry, said the rapidly evolving labor market requires workers to continuously upgrade their skills. The program is designed to equip participants with competencies that improve their employment prospects and support entrepreneurship.
According to the ministry, the training courses are competency-based and tailored to the needs of businesses and industries, enabling participants to acquire practical skills that can be directly applied in the workplace.
Participant selection is scheduled for Aug. 13–19, with successful applicants to be announced on Aug. 20. Training sessions will begin on Aug. 26.
